## Data handling and privacy

- Both the marketing site (onlytool.ai) and the product (app.onlytool.ai) run the same advertising and analytics tags (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), and both also run Microsoft Clarity session recording. - Inside the product, Clarity replay is masked in our own markup: the whole signed-in application and every credential field carry Clarity's masking attribute, so creator names, fan names and fan message text, vault captions and their descriptions, revenue and invoice figures, passwords and one-time codes are not recorded. What is recorded is layout, clicks, scrolling and focus, used to see what an account did before it went quiet
- That mask is a rule about text, so it is not what keeps vault images out of a replay. Those are fetched from OnlyTool's own server through a link that works only with the account's own signed-in session cookie, and which redirects to a storage address that expires minutes later, so a replay viewer on Microsoft's side cannot load them at all
- OnlyTool also keeps a first-party activity log of what an account does in the product (screens opened, dialogs shown and dismissed, a form started and not finished, buttons pressed, plus server facts like sign-in, creator added, connect succeeded or failed, AI on or off, creator removed) and records where a signup came from on first touch (ad click id, utm tags, referring site, landing page). Both stay with OnlyTool and are not shared with the advertising or analytics companies. The log holds no fan messages, no vault content, no credentials, no money figures and no free text a customer typed
- When the AI is switched off for a creator, and again if that creator is removed, OnlyTool saves a copy of the last 100 AI-sent messages for that creator, so the AI's own output can be read back and judged after an account leaves. It is the outgoing side only: the words the AI wrote on the creator's behalf, never the fan's replies. Nothing is saved for a creator whose AI never sent anything
- Each saved message keeps the send time, the full message text, whether it was a paid offer and its price, whether the fan opened it, the attachment count, whether it went to one fan or many, and the fan's numeric OnlyFans id so separate conversations can be told apart. The fan's name, username and own messages are not copied. Only OnlyTool administrator accounts can open a saved copy
- Deleting an account deletes the account, its creators and their content. Two things are kept on purpose so churn can still be explained: the activity log timeline, and the saved copies of what the AI sent. Both are kept for 12 months after closure, then deleted. Ask support to remove them sooner and they go with the account

## Product comparisons
