The short version
You connect an OnlyFans account you are allowed to operate. Our AI answers that account's fans and offers content from its vault. You pay a share of what the AI sells and nothing else, and you can switch it off whenever you like.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. You may only connect a creator account that you own, or that you are authorised in writing to operate. Connecting someone else's account without that authority is a breach of these terms and we will close the account for it.
Your account
Keep your login details to yourself; anything done with them counts as done by you. Tell us at support@onlytool.ai if you think someone else has got in.
What it costs
You run the AI free for two days from the moment you connect a creator, as a test. No card is needed for the trial. One free trial per OnlyFans account. When the trial ends, OnlyTool carries on by itself: there is nothing to sign.
After the trial, OnlyTool charges a percentage of the net value of each sale the AI makes, as our records show it: a pay-per-view unlock of an offer our AI sent, and a tip where our AI sent the last message to that fan before the tip. Net means after OnlyFans' own fee.
A sale counts when the fan pays, even if the AI has been switched off or paused before then. It is still the AI's sale. If you or your team write to that fan after the AI, a later tip is yours, not the AI's. This applies to sales from 28 September 2026.
The standard rate is 20% of net. Early accounts pay 5% of net for their first three months after the trial, and then the standard rate. The date your early rate ends is shown in your billing page.
A week where the AI sells nothing is a week where you owe nothing. There is no minimum, no subscription, seat fee or setup fee. We take no share of your subscription revenue, and no share of sales made on messages you or your team wrote yourself.
Paying
We send an invoice every Monday for the week before. If you save a card on your billing page, each invoice is charged to it automatically on the day it is issued. Money you have topped up on your balance is used first. By saving the card you authorise us to charge it for each invoice, and for any invoice already open, until your account is closed. You can replace the card on your billing page at any time.
Without a saved card, or if a charge is declined, each invoice is payable within three days, by card or cryptocurrency. If a charge is declined, we email you. We email you the day before it falls due. If it is still unpaid after its three days, your account is frozen until it is paid: the AI stops answering fans and the portal opens only on billing and support. Nothing is deleted or disconnected, and paying unlocks it. Payments are not refundable.
Stopping
Switch the AI off in your dashboard, for one creator or all of them, and it sends nothing more. There is no minimum term, no notice period and no contract to see out. You owe the share of the sales the AI makes, also those a fan completes after you switch it off: an offer the AI sent that the fan unlocks later, or a tip after the AI's last message.
How you may use it
You agree not to use OnlyTool to:
- break the law, or OnlyFans' own terms;
- impersonate a person who has not authorised you to act for them;
- send content involving anyone under 18, or anyone who has not consented to it;
- harass, defraud or deceive fans about what they are buying.
We can suspend an account that does any of this, without notice.
Your content stays yours
You keep every right in the media, messages and personas you bring. You give us only the permission the service needs to work: to store that material, process it, and generate replies from it, on your behalf. That permission ends when you delete the material or the account.
What we do not promise
We do not promise earnings. Figures shown on our website are real numbers from real accounts in a stated period. They are examples of what happened, not a forecast of what will happen for you. What an account earns depends on the creator, the content, the audience and the platform.
The service is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it up and we do not offer an uptime guarantee. Automated replies are generated by a language model: they are good, and they are not perfect. You keep the switch, and you are responsible for what your account sends.
Who you are contracting with
OnlyTool is a product of Fansvine Limited, and Fansvine Limited is the party you contract with under these terms.
No affiliation with OnlyFans
OnlyTool is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OnlyFans, and "OnlyFans" is used here only to say which platform we work with.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
If we change these terms, the version and date at the top change and we ask you to accept the new version in your dashboard. We email you before a change that affects what you pay or what you may do. If you do not accept it, switch the AI off.
